Find A Management Team With Experience

And Integrity

If your company CEO, or his management team, have never built and maintained a downline, they have no idea of what it takes.

Make sure that the decision maker has that experience. It is probably the only way that you have a chance of having industry integrity at the top.

The company also needs to have executives as operators who have broad business experience. It can be a bumpy ride when a company does the right things and explodes.

Check out your new business partners

Do a Google Search on the owners, top executives and any boards of advice. Be aware that there may be some fanatic 'sour grapes' sites out there. Sometimes funded by the opposition.

Read the contract

Read the Policies and Procedures (P&Ps) of any company. Look for words like

  • On-going
  • Termination
  • Regardless

Passages containing these words need to be well understood.

No matter how great the products are - we will get on to that later - - if the (P&Ps) state you can be terminated at any time for no just cause, you may just be building a customer list that will stolen from you. Beware.

Can you get the product cheaper?

Go on eBay and see if the company products are on sale there - at what price? How much of it? If you see a few hundred sellers, it may be that the company is making the distributors buy large quantities to qualify or even join.

Is it a public or private company?

Another possible trap is if your company is a publicly listed company. Can you be sure that if they want to incease the shareholders dividends, it won't be coming out of your commission cheque?

The best MLM company for you will have a management team that is on your side. That is essential if you are to build to last.
