Pick The Compensation Plan For Your Personality

Or...Set Yourself Up For Failure

If you have failed at MLM, you may have just made the mistake of picking the wrong Compensation plan for your personality. It's not your fault.

If you have chosen a binary or 2 Up type plan, you had better be in that 10% of the population that loves to sell. Think about it. how much incentive does your up-line have to coach you? In a 2 Up, they don't even want to talk to you after you have given them their 2 sign-ups for 'training' you.

Now, if you are one of those 'Red' characters, you will thrive in those environments. You are on your own baby. To paraphrase that old saying...

'There is no Team in 'I'' - after they have your 2

If you are in a binary or a matrix - e.g. 3 x 5 - are you hoping for spill-over to make your job easier? So is everyone else. And you will ALL do nothing. Good Luck.

Pray that your up-line doesn't help you out...

...and put his dopey brother-in-law under you in a 3 x 5 matrix. You will have to build his 3 x 5 as well or you won't get paid for yours - there goes your residual income. He will have the best Compensation plan ever - Do nothing and get paid.
